These terms govern your use of the Atlas & Ode site, operated by CLARIOO LTD. (“we”, “us”). By using the site, joining the waitlist, or starting a conversation with the curator, you accept them. If you do not, please do not use the site.

This is a pre-launch site
Atlas & Ode is not yet available as a service. What the site describes is what we are building, not what you can buy today.
Joining the waitlist or having a conversation with the curator does not create a contract between us, and it does not entitle you to membership, to any particular price, or to a launch on any particular date. Everything about the service — its features, its terms, its timing, whether it launches at all — may change.
The “future space” preview is an illustration. The engagements, teachers, trips and messages shown in it are invented examples, not real offers.
The conversation with the curator
The curator is an AI agent. It listens, asks questions, and forms an impression of what you are looking for. It can be wrong, and sometimes will be — it may misremember, misinterpret, or state something inaccurate with complete confidence. Treat what it says as a conversation, not as a record.
Nothing on this site, and nothing the curator says, is professional advice. It is not legal, financial, investment, tax, employment, career or medical advice, and you should not act on it as though it were. For decisions of that kind, speak to someone qualified to advise you.
The call is transcribed and reviewed by us, as described in the Privacy Policy. Please do not share anything during it that you would not want written down — passwords, financial account details, or anyone else’s personal information.
What we ask of you
You agree to:
- give us an email address that is genuinely yours, and information that is accurate;
- use the site as a person, not through scrapers, bots or automated collection;
- not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorised access to the site or the systems behind it;
- not use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes anyone else’s rights.
We may withdraw access from anyone who does otherwise, and we may remove entries from the waitlist at our discretion.
Content and intellectual property
The text, design, images and other material on this site are owned by or licensed to CLARIOO LTD. You may read and share the pages as they are, but you may not copy, adapt or republish the material as your own, or use the Atlas & Ode name or marks, without our permission.
Third-party services
The site relies on services run by others — among them ElevenLabs for the voice conversation, Microsoft Clarity for analytics, and Google for hosting. Their own terms apply to what they do, and we are not responsible for their availability or conduct.
Availability and liability
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise that it will always be available, that it will be free of errors, or that anything on it is complete or current.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss of profit, business, opportunity, data or goodwill arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything in it, including anything the curator says. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes, law and contact
We may update these terms as the product develops; the date at the top shows when we last did. They are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
